Options-> Preferences, sectiunea BitTorrent -> Bifat: Enable DHT Network
La sectiunea Connection, Randomize port each time uTorrent starts, debifat. Noteaza numarul port-ului configurat.
Sectiunea Advanced, cauti bt.enable_tracker si ii setezi valoarea la true (el default este false).
• Aceasta optiune are menirea de a porni "tracker-ul intern" al clientului. Apesi OK ca sa salvezi setarile.
File -> Create New Torrent, la Trackers (unde pui de obicei announce url-ul), scrii http://ip`ul.tau:port/announce (port-ul este listening port-ul din Preferences->Connection).
Dupa ce ai creat torrentul, reincarca in utorrent, trimite fila torrent catre cine doresti si astfel faceti un schimb de fisiere prin intermediul uTorrent-ului, fara a mai fi nevoie de suportul unui tracker.

Options-> Preferences, BitTorrent Tab -> Checked: Enable DHT Network
At the Connection Tab, Randomize port each time uTorrent starts, Unchecked. Note the number of the configured port.
Advanced Tab, search for bt.enable_tracker and you set it true (default being false).
• This option it's designed to start the client's "internal tracker". Click OK to save changes.
File -> Create New Torrent, at Trackers (where you usually put the announce url), write http://your.ip:port/announce (this port is listening the port from Preferences->Connection).
After you created the torrent, reload it in utorrent, send the torrent file to anyone you want and this is how you exchange files trough uTorrent, without the help of a tracker.

Alta metoda:
Se creaza torrentul normal si la "trackers" se pune:
• http://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce
• udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce
Se selecteaza start seeding apoi create si save as.
Dati fisierul .torrent celui care vreti sa ia de la voi.
Nota:
Daca zice "please enter a valid tracker url" "Do you want to continue without having any trackers?" selectati Yes.

Create the torrent normaly, and at "trackers" insert:
• http://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce
• udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce
Select start seeding and then create and save as.
Give the .torrent file to anybody who want to take those files from you.

If it's saying "please enter a valid tracker url" "Do you want to continue without having any trackers?" select Yes.
