After i seen the CM9 intro boot i said my self "I can't wait for CM9" but as everyone know we wait too much for this CM9, a stable version. The most impressive is the boot animation and you shouldn't wait for CM9 to have that impressive boot intro. Here is a tutorial that will help you to add the CM9 boot animation.

Requirements
Rooted Phone
Root Explorer installed

Tutorial

Copy bootanimation.zip
Paste in /system/media

Give the file full permissions.

And now reboot the phone.
*Notice: if it's not working, copy the bootanimation in /data/local/ and give to the file full permission. So, your phone boot animation should be like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-5Av_EVpyI&feature=player_embedded
