Tutorial
First of all you need to use your phone for a week normally, it dosen't matter when you charge your battery. After this period, wait untill your phone will shut down due low battery. Open the phone, will stay up from 30 seconds to 1 minute. After it shut downs again, remove the battery for 1 minute and than put it in phone. The phone turned off, charge your battery 9 hours without doing something with the phone (like open, play, etc).
Once the phone pass the 9 hours, open the phone and with root explorer find the batterystats file and remove it. You can find the file here:
"/data/system/batterystats.bin/"
Battery Calibration and press the button Calibrate Now.
Open Terminal Emulator and type the next commands:
"
su
rm /data/system/batterystats.bin
"
Open Rom Manager and select Reboot into Recovery. Once you joined in Recovery Mod use the volume buttons for up & down and the home button for Ok. Choose advanced & press Wipe Battery Stats.
