This will associate .r00 through .r99 and .001 through .099 with WinRAR,
adding functionality (such as Extract here...) and the proper file icons to all RAR parts.

Open WinRAR, go to Settings and click the Integration tab.
Paste the text in the quote below in the User defined archive extensions field as shown below.

If your files don't show up properly right away, try hitting F5. If that doesn't work, restart the explorer.exe process.
