This is a begginer's dvd converting. Two programs are needed.
ConvertXtoDVD 8MB
XtoDVDbot 120KB
Install both programs with the default settings by clicking next, next, finish, i agree etc etc.
First we need to configure ConvertXtoDVD so XtoDVDbot can use these settings for ALL your video files.

Open up ConvertXtoDVD and click on Settings then General.
On the General tab change the Working Folder to where you want the DVD's to be placed.
Next click the Chapters tab, this screen is straight forward, change the settings as you like.
Now click on the Menu tab, since we want to automate the conversion untick Include menu. You will probably want to tick Autostart playback (Skip menu and play automatically) and Sequential playback(Play start to finish without returning to menu in between segments).
Now click on the Encoding tab, select the encoding quality/speed (High/Slow is preferred).
Leave the conversion priority.
Next click the Burning tab, untick everything except "Add original files to DVD (if possible)" (unless you dont want to add it).
Next click the TV format tab and select your Video Standard and your Screen Format.
Now we have finished setting up ConvertXtoDVD close it so we can launch XtoDVDbot and start converting.
On the first launch of XtoDVDbot you will have to set the preferences, i like default settings the best.
Now we can add our dvd files.

All you have to do is select your files in windows and drag and drop onto the file list in XtoDVDbot, pretty easy hey?
You can order which you want to convert first by selecting the item and pressing up or down or sort by columns by clicking on the column.
To change any of the options Priority, Delete Original, Overwrite just select the items you wish to change and right click and follow the menu.
Second we will add multiple video files to be converted into a single DVD.
eg. Clip 1.avi, Clip 2.avi Clip 3.avi will be converted in to a single DVD.
Select the files you want on the DVD and either:
A. Drag and drop while holding CTRL. This will generate a random text file which contains the files and will be added to the list.
B. Right click the file list and click on Add Multi (CTRL - M), a new window will pop up. You will have to enter a filename before you can add files.
To add files just drag and drop then order them. Once finished click on finished, it will be added to the list.
To edit the text files which contain files double click it in the file list, a window will pop and you can add/delete/order the files.
Once finished click on Process - Start, this will start converting your files automatically.
Now you can leave your computer at it and do whatever.
