So you just picked up your new Xbox 360 Controller at your local gaming store. To your surprise when you get home and plug the Xbox controller in you find the drivers suck. You have no settings for stick senstivity and controller remapping. You furiously search online looking to see if you are the only one with this problem. You find you are not at start to look for a fix. You probably got frustrated and said to yourself "I'm gonna return this piece of ****". Then you find this site. The fix for all your problems and more than you expected from a game controller. To install the drivers for the Xbox 360 controller continue reading for a full step-by-step guiide.
Step 1. Plug in Xbox 360 Controller and install with Microsoft Drivers.
Step 2. Go Download ALL needed files. Install the XBCD drivers and the corresponding operating system Xbox 360 drivers "install.bat file".

( Right Click Save Target As)
3. Updated Default Xbox 360 drivers profile.
3. Default Xbox 360 Config File with L and R triggers on Z axis
3.Default Xbox 360 Config File with L and R triggers on seperate axises (recommended)
3.Default Xbox 360 Config File with L and R triggers being 2 different digital Buttons not triggers
Step 3. Right-click my computer and click Properties.
Step 4. Click on the "Hardware" Tab
Step 5. Click Device Manager
Step 6. Expand the "Microsoft Common ..." by clicking the plus sign.
Step 7. Right click the "XBOX 360 Controller For Windows" and click properties.
Step 8. When the property window opens click the "Drivers" Tab.
Step 9. Click the "Update Driver" button.
Step 10. Click Install from list or specific location then click next.
Step 11. Choose the "Don't Search..." and click next.
Step 12. Select XBCD XBox 360 Gamepad and click next.
Step 13. You will get a message saying the driver is not signed. Click Continue Anyway.
Step 14. Click Finish and your controller should be succesfully installed. Read on for configuration procedures.
Step 15. Go to your start menu/programs/ (Called All Programs in XP) XBCD/ then click and launch "Setup Utility".
Step 16. Click Open and load the profile that you chose from the Download Page.
