Jean-Charles Guichen, the grand master of Celtic guitar, has released his seventh solo album titled PANORAMA. An outstanding guitarist, composer, and arranger known for his mastery of the DADGAD tuning, he uses this new, sparkling and emotional acoustic opus to commemorate forty years of his career on stage. The album is a musical journey through time, spanning from his rapid debut with the band Ar Re Yaouank to the present day. PANORAMA, positioned between retrospective and introspection, is rooted in the present yet resolutely oriented toward the future, celebrating family, memory, and the region of Brittany. The album is accompanied by a richly illustrated booklet featuring personal photos dedicated to the musician's ancestors, making it a luminous, intimate, and universal testament to his living and continuously evolving heritage.
